Hi, I’m Virginia

I support women through pregnancy, birth and postpartum in a way that is calm, grounded and intuitively compassionate.

My work is shaped by both training and lived experience. I belief that every woman deserves to feel safe, heard and supported as she moves through this transformative time.

This is not about doing birth “perfectly”, It’s about feeling held, informed and connected to yourself within it.

Client Reviews

Virginia is such an intuitive, gentle, empathic teacher and guide in her yoga practice. I loved going to the pre-natal and post- natal groups and learnt so much about my body, and birth. I highly recommend Virginia for any woman who wants a safe, welcoming, peaceful, accepting space to come and just
be, breathe, move, and share the highs and lows of their pregnancy and post- natal journey.
Thank you so much!

Virginia's post-natal yoga classes are simply perfect. Focused on mindfully rebuilding mum's post-partum body in a calm and relaxed environment, Virginia goes the extra mile to really listen to each mum's physical wellbeing at each class and supportively tailor the session to accommodate. She has massively helped me to feel strong and supported again since giving birth 7 months ago and I would not hesitate to recommend her classes to any post-partum mum (no previous yoga experience required!). Being able to take baby along to class is a game-changer, and Virginia's caring and friendly approach makes you feel entirely at ease if baby needs a feed/change/cuddle during class. My little boy loves having a cuddle with her too! She strikes just the right balance between knowledgably flowing your body through strengthening, stretching, restorative poses, breathwork and pelvic floor exercises, pushing you when you're ready but not before. I am very grateful for these classes and the positive impact they have had on my post-partum body. Very highly recommended!!

After speaking with a few different doulas we knew we wanted to work with Virginia as she had such a calming presence. In my last couple of months of pregnancy with additional scans and appointments, it was great having her on hand to talk things through. The antenatal sessions were so helpful in getting my birth preferences clear for various scenarios and for understanding the role she would play alongside my birth partner. As someone who gets stuck ‘in my head’ she was brilliant at helping me ground myself and get in touch with my intuition and in tune with my body.
When the Big Day came around, Virginia was amazing and arrived right as we felt we needed her. She had so many tricks up her sleeve to support my labour physically, mentally and emotionally and she seemed to instinctively know when to step forward and when to give space. I felt so supported by my partner, the midwives, and Virginia and I’m so grateful for the part she played in helping me achieve my vaginal birth after cesarean.
